I needed a plumber to replace the flushing mechanism on a lavatory at Olden Community Garden. Robert at Premier Plumbing passed my details onto Matt Dickenson. Matt got back to me with in 24 hours and replaced the broken flushing mechanism 48 hours after I fist spoke to Robert. Speedy and friendly service. Recommended

Great service - needed to replace a dripping kitchen tap. Good advice (don't change the cartridge but buy a new mixer tap - too long to get spares from that particular manufacturer). Good recommendation of a plumber who came and fixed it the next day.

I have had a fantastic experience dealing with Premier Plumbing. Tony and Rob are incredibly friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to deal with. So much better service than anything you can find online.
The guys here are willing to order items in from certain brands or find similar items for you at a better price.
When I was concerned about the size of an item, they called the manufacturers up directly for a measurement not on the spec.
Efficient and friendly, even when it's super busy in the mornings. Always going the extra mile. Brilliant shop.

As a plumber who regularly needs to purchase items, I have nothing but good words about Premier plumbing & heating merchants. Their service is top-notch with almost all the parts I need is available within the store to pick up the item that are not available are delivered next day almost every single time. Staff are amazing and always helpful with any queries I may have. I could not recommend them enough.

I have already recommended them to my other colleagues who also purchased from them as well.

Exceptional service! I needed a local plumber, so popped into Premier Plumbers. I was greeted by a pleasant young man, who took my details. He promised to call upon one that they trust and so could recommend to me. He also said I would receive a call within 20mins - he was true to his word.
Freddie was professional, friendly, well mannered, well presented and efficient.
Premier Plumbing are not affiliated with this plumber, so they didn’t need to follow up but they/Tony did, which I totally appreciated. Genuinely kind and helpful.

Fantastic local plumbing shop! Tony and Rob have been brilliant at helping me get everything picked and delivered on time for my bathroom renovation. If you need plumbing parts, sometimes hard to find or obsolete parts, go to these guys, they have experience and will always try to get you out of trouble. As opposed to so-called 'super stores' that haven't got a clue on anything past a set of overpriced taps!

I went in this week (I parked around the corner - was still easy to get near). The guys inside are very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly with a well-stocked shop. Highly recommend!

Very well stocked and reasonably priced plumbing store. They have saved us several times with broken parts. Helpful and nice people!
