When I was concerned about the size of an item, they called the manufacturers up directly for a measurement not on the spec....

Great service - needed to replace a dripping kitchen tap. Good advice (don't change the cartridge but buy a new mixer tap - too long to get spares from that particular manufacturer). Good recommendation of a plumber who came and fixed it the next day.
